Cucina al Mulino*
Cucina al Mulino, or Cooking at the Mill is a fun-filled day of cooking in our kitchen with a local chef. Learn to make classic Italian dishes that have stood the test of time and have been refined by Italian Mamma's and Chefs alike for generations.
Pizza sul Ponte*
We begin the Pizza sul Ponte, or Pizza on the Bridge evening by starting a fire in our own wood-burning pizza oven located on the ground floor in the 370 year old Olive Milling room. Join in and make your own personal pizza, or let Doug present his creations with fresh, seasonal toppings.
