Doris and Doug, the on-site owners (English and Italian speaking), live in an attached separate apartment on the mill property. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are available to help plan day-trips or make reservations at local restaurants.

Il Mulino di Torrigiani offers breakfast and dinner to guests upon request. Doris is an excellent cook and features area dishes made with fresh ingredients. Choose from a variety of local specialties and the best seasonal produce.
